His training style, anecdotes, and knowledge embed the subject in a way that no other trainer or training tool achieves. Staff enjoy his delivery and leave his courses energised and informed. In terms of consultancy, Alex is encyclopaedic, offering sage advice on any Safeguarding or MCA issue. His quarterly reviews, give us the re-assurance that our systems are working and an early warning if anything requires attention. We find his support invaluable.
